In order to get you to your destination, we follow our 4-step plan.

The first step to building anything, is establishing the foundation. With us, that foundation is built through trust and care. Our clients trust us with their livelihood, a responsibility we hold sacred. We establish this trust by taking the time to get to know you, your passions, your hobbies, and all things you care about. We hear you out, see where you are at, and LISTEN to your concerns, so we can determine and teach you exactly how to get you where you want to be.


2. Health & Fitness Assessment

Before you can start a training and nutritional plan, or at least one that's actually going to be effective, we will sit down together and conduct a thorough strategy session to map out exactly what your personal goal is and exactly how we will help you get there. The first part includes an in-depth discussion on your health, diet, metabolic factors, injury history, as well as your level of physical capabilities and lifestyle.

In the second part, we will execute several assessments and tools to establish your current state of health and fitness. To ensure our plan is working, determining a benchmark is crucial. Our tests aim to learn about your Body Composition, BMR, VO2 Max, Muscular Strength, Functional Mobility, Flexibility, Posture, and identify any muscular imbalances throughout the body.


3. Develop The Plan

Once we have established your baseline and set your goals, we focus our energy on developing the most efficient and effective road map to get you to your destination. To make this plan completely customized to you, we take time to make sure it is a plan that you can actually adhere to. My mission is to empower you to bolster your confidence and overcome self-imposed barriers, enabling you to live life on your terms. Remember, up to 80% of your results stem from what you do outside the gym. Without a proper plan, you're not maximizing your potential. 4. Support & Accountability
